Former Employee – worked at FormFactor

Pros – Good benefits. Free fruit twice a week and snacks at employee meetings in good times. Middle management is good, allows employees lot of latitude without micro management.

Cons – Upper management is bloated. Too many VPs trying to run day to day operations instead of figuring out long term strategy.

Advice to Senior Management – Trim the fat in upper management for lean times. Lose non performing and revenue dissipating groups without playing favorites. Resist old boys club type think.
