I have been working at Fremont Bank

ProsGreat Co-workers, a lot of free food, develop relationships with many colleagues as well as clients, pretty fun place to work.

ConsNot the greatest pay, as a teller you should know what you are expecting. If you are happy with $12 then this is the place for you. Sales pressure is getting increasingly worse. They expect a lot of you with not much in return.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Uncompetitive salaries and benefits, start most workers out as temps, very tedious

Pros: relatively low stress, pretty good moral Cons: non-competitive salaries, start out workers as temps with no benefits,… Advice to Senior Management: Could get better talent for some positions if offered benefits… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
