    Pros

Large organization with opportunities available. Decent culture, friendly people. Good benefits. Building itself is not large so everyone knows or recognizes everyone.

    Cons

Large company with plenty of red tape. Sometimes takes an act of congress to make decisions. Too much turnover it seems.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nothing that hasn't already been shared in house and fallen on deaf ears.
