“GEICO will take everything you can give and keep on going....”
Current Employee – been working at GEICO full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Job Security, Benefits and Pay are the pros of this job.
Cons – Poor team work ethics, lack of management response, red tape and twisted crazy lines of intercompany communication. You have to have a special degree to get things from within the company- or have your voice heard.
Advice to Senior Management – LISTEN to your employees, improve the mood amoung your adjusters, remove the "Bad" apples in the bunch, promote those who work hard for you, not the ones that kiss the most ass.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
