ProsIf you are a health and fitness nut, then it's an excellent place to work

ConsIt can get boring working by yourself some days

too much expectations, low pay

Pros: you get to work without a manager most of the… Cons: ridiculous sales goals, regional sales directors are always on your case about numbers, constantly getting threatened to be written up my managers, boring and slow… Advice to Senior Management: show your employees some appreciation, chill out on the numbers, focus on actually helping customers out, lower… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
