Current Employee - Sales Representative in New York, NY (US)

I have been working at Gannett full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Recognized brand name goes far on your résumé and in advertising agencies. The pay is decent. Working hard on reinventing themselves in a new digital / mobile world.

    Cons

Too many to name. Too much structural change, quarter by quarter. No loyalty anymore. Very poor decision making by leaders who only seem to care about saving their own jobs!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do a better job of realizing your strengths and weaknesses and instead of continually pointing the finger at your salespeople take some responsibility on yourself!

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
