“Laid off due to lack of a clear vision for the division where I worked.”
Former Employee – worked at Gardner Denver
Pros – Company has a broad range of products and locations to work.
Cons – Company is being managed for short term results vs longer term competitive position. Layoffs and downsizing is causing a loss over talented people needed to sustain this company.
