“Great company to start your career”
Current Employee – been working at Gensler full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great learning environment and team working environment. The company is highly focus on developing global presence and providing a great platform to connect with offices in different countries.
Cons – Some offices can be too large and politics in the office can be stressful.
