    I have been working at HCL Technologies full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    A lot of autonomy in role
    Plenty of challenging projects to work on
    Generally friendly staff

    Cons

    Only really one career path / end point in the Delivery capability - SAP Proj Mgr, which is a very specific role. Think carefully about whether this is you.
    Too many projects in difficulty, affects culture e.g. too much firefighting and focus on results at expense of all else i.e. anything even remotely sensible or corporate.
    Too much selfish behaviour, a lot of buck passing, particularly from PMs. A lot of them have 15 years plus experience of doing this.
    No clear strategy for making it's way out of a small company mindset to a global player. It is now adivision of much larger company (HCL) and is effectively being dragged kicking and screaming into that entity. HCL don't really know UK consulting market, but even they will lose patience with the lack of corporate nous in old Axon.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better communicate long term strategy and plans to staff
    Take more of an interest in personal development and career progression of your staff
    Devote more time to building a corporate mindsight / sense of belonging for staff
