    Pros

    Consistant number of hours worked week to week, flexable schedules, fun and friendly enviroment, supportive and involved management, small family-like staff.

    Cons

    must work weekends and holidays, may require early mornings or late nights, lower than average pay, management and owners are slow to correct problems

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    fix issues with amenities in guest rooms. Correct signage in hotel. Notify customer of issues in surronding area that will effect them. Better visibility of all charges and fees.

    Pros

    Communication with customers builds great relationship wtih clients.
    Understanding saling and tourism.
    Perfect for a college student.
    Understand how to read people and prepare a person for a sales job in the later future.

    Cons

    If you have a strict time line then discuss with management, but most likely they will work with you .
    If you are looking for health and dental then maybe look else where

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Look into medical and dental for your employees and perhaps offer more room to grow.
    More tourism development and festival interactions.
