I have been working at Harris Teeter part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Friendly staff and starts you out with at least decent pay when starting out.

    Cons

ON CALL CRAP is annoying.... they do nothing but waste peoples time.. scheduling us 7hrs.. and like 4 days On call and they know they could just schedule us off like anyone else... So I cant make any plans because I am always on call... It wasn't like this from the beginning but starting to go downhill quickly

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

either schedule people who let them have the day off.. and stop playing around with people time when they could be doing something else...

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
