“Looking for new job”
I have been working at Henry Schein
Pros – Great benefits, people are nice, good cafeteria, free breakfast occasionally, community programs to join in on, clean office & parking lot
Cons – Worked to the bone, calls are non stop all day, attendance/ tardiness point system, little advancement, favoritism, commission taxed 42%
Advice to Senior Management – Focus more on quality and not quantity on sales calls and don't treat employees like little kids or make them feel they always have to rush
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
