    Excellent pay and benefits
    Learning on the job and in formal classrooms
    Knowledgable staff

    Cons

    Lack of communication between direct managers and their team members means that management is often out-of-touch with what is ahppening in the field.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make sure your management is in constant touch with their staff, so they understand their strengths and weaknesses, and use them appropriately. Provide more support for staff.

    Pros

    Great work-life balance.
    Empowerment to employee to perform the job well.

    Cons

    Promotion is tough as senior management have no visibilty.
    Service Tower model does not work well, cause differences between internal teams with too "well defined scope".
    Leverage resource model means everyone is stretched.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need to remove the mid management layers and align different service towers to work as one.
    Focus on total customer experience.
