I worked at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Good benefits and opportunity to work remotely. The people I worked with with very professional. Pay for performance.

Cons

Always a fear of WFR's as our jobs went offshore. They could have provided more time and opportunity for training.

I worked at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Team work, exposure to a variety of clients/industries

    Cons

Sales makes promises that cannot be met by delivery teams without extreme effort. This contributes to lack of work-life balance. Good training available but no time to take it. Little sense of community since most teams are virtual and/or work from home.
