I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-Great access to lots of resources
-Classification of teleworker enabled me to get compensated for my commute and tolls when visiting clients
-Majority of people I worked with were professional and very smart

    Cons

-Was promised I would be a technical consultant and instead was just doing contractor type work
-Hard to get promoted (I mean HARD)
-After the EDS acquisition the company made cuts that didn't make sense and drove out a lot of good people

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is no need to have 300,000 employees. We start to feel very insignificant.
