“Greatly company”
Current Employee – been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Freedom to work with little micro management. Great atmosphere with high quality people all over the company. HP does a very good job being competitive in the market place and continues to be an industy leader.
Cons – I can't say there are many cons to working at this company. It's a great company. If anything there are going to be normal ups and downs in the business cycle and major corporations need to respond. Sometimes that response is making spending cuts and those spending cuts affect everyone in the company in one way or another.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
