Great salary and benefits. Too there are no more company cars.

Cons

The company is so big it's lost direction. The HP way is dying.

    Pros

    Great work life balance.. Very diversified product portfolio, so there is some chance to move around in the company if you are willing to reloacte.

    Cons

    Apart form the pros mentioned above, everything else is a con.. salary, benefits, advancement, ...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Try to be the industry leader in all respects... Don't be just another big company in the industry.

    Used to be a good set of people to work with
    Great to work at an industry leader
    Variety of business provide career interest

    Cons

    Current management team motivated by cutting
    Current management doesn't listen
    Current management doesn't invest for growth
    Current management uses benchmarks and spreadsheets to manage -- which eventually manages to mediocrity
