    Hitachi Brand;
    Decent Oracle practice;
    global company

    Cons

    Management has no vision; does not treasure people, view them as a tool to make money; wants to compete as Tier 1 consultant but in reality far from it and has no idea how to get there
    All that management knows is to buy buy buy to inflate the market value of the company
    Low pay, meager severance,

    really go about treating the employess as asset instead of paying lip service
    treat people with respect and dignity
    establish medium to long term plans that are not just focusing on the bottom line

    - Knowledgeable Employees
    - Fun Culture (lots of social events, education, and community service activities)
    - Good travel perks (miles, per diem, new locales, etc)
    - Constantly challenging/changing work environment
    - Merit-based promotions

    - Longer hours than industry jobs
    - Some internal IT solutions are delivered at a lower quality than what we offer clients
    - Travel can be exhausting if you are staffed on a non-local project

    - Continue investing in quality college recruits
    - Bring some of the online training back to the classroom for entry-level positions
