“with qualified management things would be alot better”
Current Employee – been working at Home Depot full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – helping & satisfying customers needs so they will come back to shop
Cons – unqualified management who like to constantly verbally threaten associates
Advice to Senior Management – please screen your ASM's more before promoting. Some seem to be on a "power trip", and constantly try to intimidate both male & female associates.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
