    Pros

    Onboarding program, work-life balance, friendly people

    Cons

    Health insurance premium is inexpensive but the deductible and out of pocket max are very high. Some Divisions allow their associates to work from home while other do not leading to inconsistencies.

    Allow like roles to work from home. Lower the deductibles and out of pocket max on your associates' plans
