I have been working at IBM full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

in 3 years I`ve yet to find a single positive of working for this woeful excuse for an organisation

    Cons

No chance EVER of a payrise or a bonus, treated like a number and nothing more. Expected to work on other accounts no matter the inconvenience or wear and tear to the personal vehicle. Their travel expense procedure is stuck in the dark ages and if you dont bend over when asked they like to make using your holiday entitlement almost impossible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Actually speak to your staff listen to how they feel and stop treating them like dirt. You have some great employees but the way you treat them they wont be IBM staff much longer!
