    Pros

Professional company with a long history and skilled employees. IBM provided decent benefits for people that hired on 5+ years ago. IBM deals in many different software/hardware areas and has great research groups.

    Cons

The jobs are leaving the US to India and China. I left because the only jobs I could get was to manage development projects by developers in India. It is not rewarding to work with people that don't have the same drive and interest to innovate.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
