ProsStable employment with full range of benefits, belonged to union so breaks, hours, etc pre-determined. I had not worked under such an arrangement.

ConsSome delinquent taxpayers threatening, required to work in post of duty outside residence, assigned territory even farther away than POD so lots of time in car. Job just not a good fit with my personality.

Advice to Senior ManagementMy manager was fine, career person within IRS
