Pros – Local leadership really know their business and are committed to success. They also value their employees so long as you are an honest and dedicated employee. They will not tolerate behavior outside of their code of conduct. Keep the code and you will be fine.
Cons – Not adverse to laying people off if the business is suffering
Advice to Senior Management – Upper management at headquarters needs to let local leadership drive their own business. Too much "guidance" from above
