“Disappointing end to what could of been a long career”
Former Employee – worked at Insurance Australia Group full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Location of data centre was a good place to goto work
Cons – Boys Club in upper management
Was put to the top of a redundancy list due to my relationship with my direct manager, despite strong work performance and being the most experienced in my team
Advice to Senior Management – Need a long hard look at the managers and their people care ability.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
