ProsMy department managers were so good to work with my schedule. Everyone was treated fairly and it was a welcoming environment

ConsPay increases do happen every year, but they aren't substatntial

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Pros: A safe job with little risk of termination Cons: Little opportunity for growth and development. Plenty of managers in positions above their abilities. Easy place to work but low compensation, and difficult to move up in the company.
