Cons – Pay raise guidelines not followed
After economy turned, hired inexperienced CEO

Advice to Senior Management – IGT was once an employee-centered, vibrant place to work. Employees used to rave about working there, which was fantastic free marketing to the community. Current CEO does not have experience bringing a big business successfully through very troubling times. Bring in a CEO who knows how to navigate, and who also knows a team makes it through ...when there is a team. Bring back service recognition awards - inexpensive rewards yet truly powerful in creating and maintaining employee morale.
