Current Employee – been working at Interval International full-time

Pros – Great industry to work in. Depending on management team, can have great professional development opportunities.

Cons – No sharing or sense of community. Culture of leading through fear. Little opportunity for advancement. Pay is not equal to job responsiblity.

Advice to Senior Management – Encourage sharing and innovation by listening to employees. Design pay structure to actually be achievable. Do not let leaders of the company abuse their employees.
