Pros – As a company, it take care of both customer and employees.
One of the great things in Intuit is the give you time to work on something you want besides your "Assigned" work
Cons – They might not have time to give feedbacks, one has to push his/her manager for feedbacks.
Advice to Senior Management – It should be made clear what do you expectations from your employee and try to give frequent feedbacks
