“Decent place to work for grads out of school”
I have been working at J.B. Hunt full-time for more than a year
Pros – stable job, good benefits, good people
Cons – stressful at times, high learning curve, base pay not great
Advice to Senior Management – the lowest level employees feel undervalued, lots of double standards exist among employees and upper level managers which hurts morale
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
