Excellent Firm - Salaary and benefits could be better

Assistant Vice President (Current Employee) Jersey City, NJ (US)

ProsThere is so much opportunity to grow and move around the firm that one would have to be beyond stupid to not work their butt off to advance.

ConsSalary leaves much to be desired until you make it to ED and that is where the real money comes along. The firm also does not really increase salary for lateral moves.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
