I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (more than an year)

Pros

There is so much opportunity to grow and move around the firm that one would have to be beyond stupid to not work their butt off to advance.

Cons

Salary leaves much to be desired until you make it to ED and that is where the real money comes along. The firm also does not really increase salary for lateral moves.

Positive Outlook
Approves of CEO
