ProsGreat place to grow and it has great resources to use. The perks are pretty good there.

ConsYou have to make sure you are marketable in every facet of the business or you become obsolete there. Creating a strong network and consistently adding new skillsets definitely makes youa commodity there.

Advice to Senior ManagementInvent new ways to bring colleagues into the exectutive ranks and start building a core of employees with skillsets related to project management and risk management. Find new ways to help those that want to be promoted and find ways to make work equal and more efficient.
