“Great Company, but to much offshoring of jobs”

I have been working at JPMorgan Chase full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – great benefits and great work life balance

Cons – Lost the "Chase" culture. No more loyalty to company or it's employees

Advice to Senior Management – very top heavy with management to many chiefs and not enough indians

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
