Current Employee – been working at KPMG full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – friendly outgoing work environment with great management and great opportunity for upward movement. great clients and exposure to clients. I would recommend the company to anyone
Cons – I have spent quite a few long nights on clients and the pay does not really reflect the time spent and effort put fourth. Upward movement is quick but it takes a while for pay to catch up.
Advice to Senior Management – none
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
