Pros

If you are able to transition clients you can get a good deal of experience in multiple industries. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Hard to transfer to different practices within the firm. Promotions dont always seem fair. Most advisory work is not very technical and very business process oriented.

    - Diversity from all across the world
    - Faster Growth path if you perform well
    - Good Culture if you keep doing what you're supposed to do

    Cons

    - Only join if you exactly know what you will be going to do. Most of the times it looks attractive from outside, but management is very inflexible in accomodating staff work preferences
