    limited career growth, leadership based in Ireland.

    Pros

    Enormous opportunities. Global company. Ways to betters myself inside and outside of work.

    Cons

    There are not many downsides to Kerry. We have almost too many sites which makes it hard to give all of them equal importance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make sure the people at all levels get the appropriate training. I feel that this will help with productivity in ways that can not be easily measured.
