Current Employee – been working at Kimberly-Clark full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Many different career paths to choose. Freedom to set how you want to do your job without too many procedures.

Cons – Work at times requires lots of hours. Still some red tape to deal with but it has been reducing every year
