“It was a great firm to work for”
Former Employee – worked at Lehman Brothers full-time for more than a year
Pros – Management listened.
Stuff got done.
Bureaucracy was minimized.
Cons – They levered up on real estate and went bankrupt.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't bet the entire firm on the views of three people and keep it a secret from your employees.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
