Many years as employee in various positions

ProsLots of desire to dominate the world of communications. Well capitalized. Generally pays very well. Beautiful campus set near Denver Colorado.

ConsDifficult to accomplish some projects because of "pocket veto". Overly focused on capex expenses as opposed to operating costs. Has become less agile as it has grown larger and larger.

Advice to Senior ManagementAre you in too many businesses?

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    Great place if you are lucky to have one of the existing gold mine accounts.

    Pros: Good network, solid technical delivery to Fortune 50 customers and large… Cons: Everything outside of their wholesale, service provider and content business. B2B services for SMB market and Enterprise are a joke with small footprint and reluctance… Advice to Senior Management: Stick to the wholesale backbone business, you have no clue how to sell to the B2B market and lack any consumer segment… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

    Staffed with incompetent people. Director level and above grid locked. No customer focus.
