Current Employee – been working at Lincoln Financial Group full-time for less than a year
Pros – GREAT BENEFITS, Great job for young professional, decent salary, great opportunities for advancement
Cons – Typical Desk job, not very flexible hours
Advice to Senior Management – Be more aware of employee's time, wish time could be more flexible and not have to have someone here during holiday time.
