Current Employee – been working at Lloyd's Register as a contractor for less than a year

Pros – Lots of new opportunity within business. Chance to work with industry leading experts. Great name built up over 250 years and employees are proud of that. Great work life balance and good benefits package.

Cons – Slow to pick up change, slow nature of work can sometimes be frustrating. Takes a lot to get buy in to new ideas but OK when you do. Often find sticking point can be middle management. Every decision needs constant approval and many managers aren't able to make that decision. Lots of work happening to rectify all this which is positive
