Pros

I worked at the Advanced Technology Labs in Cherry Hill, NJ. The work was interesting and the people were friendly.

Cons

I'm not crazy about ATL's location, and some managers can be difficult. Getting promoted was no small feat.

    Pros

Provided an opportunity to learn technologies.

    Cons

There are many. Company worries too much about micromanaging the bottom line, delivering substandard software products to meet schedules.

    Advice to Management

Work for a competitor. That way, you can stop dragging Lockheed into the ground.

    Pros

    Off-fridays is a big perk

    Cons

It's got kind of a "stuffy" culture of a 100 year old company. Not too much "young blood". There's a lot of red tape and beaurocracy. Hard to get promotions/bonuses.
