    Pros

A very secure company, isn't going anywhere.
    401K match up to 6%

    Cons

Demand from management keeps growing more and more all the time seemingly as the CEO continues trying to raise the market position and increase the stock price.
The increasing responsibility on dept mgrs, ASM's, Store mgrs is really driving really good people away from the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is only so much that store management and crew can get done in a week. Understand that the ever-increasing responsibility on mgrs in the stores is driving really good people away. The manage up philosophy is dumping a lot more tasks on department managers. If you want so much more out of dept mgrs, and want to constantly have them at your beck and call to change schedules whenever because you want things done, then they need a raise and to be made salaried.
