Former Employee – worked at March of Dimes as an intern

Pros – I was given a lot of responsibility, but this was due to some disorganization in the office.

Cons – The office was understaffed, underpaid. One employee was expected to drive around the state every few weeks for meetings in other counties without any reimbursement for miles/gas.

Advice to Senior Management – Your employees are stretched too thin, maybe try to focus your attention on fewer events and make the others better.
