Current Employee – been working at Marvell Technology
Pros – Many professinal and expert in software technology;
Talented coleague to work with;
Have many discussion and trainning on technology;
Involve more activity with teammember.
Cons – Many work to do,work life balance is not good.
There is no enough support on team building from budget.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to build the team more strong and have more head count.
Need to reduce the workload.
Slow down for dig more technology.
