“Good place to work if you have a supportive manager”
Former Employee – worked at MasterCard full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Excellent compensation. Good work/life balance. Chance towork on cutting edge projects in financial services industry on right teams.
Cons – People skills of most managers is lacking. Movement to senior ranks is near impossible for insider. You can make a long career for yourself by hiding in the weeds and not being a leader on a project. Many peope in ride coattails of a few very talented high performers.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
