“Great company in early days but became a very impersonal corporation.”

Pros – Good benefits but shrinking each year. Great future growth potential.
Cons – Management team lacks vision and class.
Advice to Senior Management – Go back to caring about your employees and do a better job of eliminating incompetent managers.
