Pros

OK benefits and compensation. Free coffee. Men's bathroom is spotless.

Cons

High-school drama and gossip. Low morale. Parking sucks. Not tobacco-user friendly. Some of the worst employees are made supervisors because of the "circles" and "cliques". No loyalty to employees. Upper management is left blind and clueless by lower management. No structure in HR or other management positions. Women's bathroom is utterly disgusting. Building is rarely clean and has mold issues. Employees are a number not a name. High turn-over rate.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to your management. Some of the biggest troublemakers are your supervisors. Raise morale. Find someone else for HR that actually knows how to do HR.

    Pros

    Most people "everyday worker bees" are extremely easy to get along with and easy to work with. Very considerate to managers with families by allowing the to take time off (without pay, vacation or make up time) for school functions etc. Lots of long time employees

    Cons

    Do more for the clients they service then the employees that work hard to keep those clients satisfied. To many managers, directors etc. High priority on sending jobs overseas when they can be offering them locally for the same pay to work with option to work from home as contractors instead of terminating employees they already have and still keep down overhead cost

    reward the ones that work hard for you its not always the ones that hear from all the time most of them are very low key you may not even know their names
