Pros

Good salary and benefits. Good performance is rewarded accordingly. Genuine interest in support from immediate manager in your career advancement.

Cons

Customer oriented training, though good, is going through a period of "over management" where responses and interactions with customers are too scripted.

    Pros

The workers are nice and decent.
You can work from home or go into the office - this is the best and probably only perk.
    Pantry with free coffee.

    Cons

No information really provided about upcoming merger.
Work at least 40 hours a week with 60-80 during the busy season which is 6 months of the year.
No work / life balance. Yes you get to work from home but you also have your laptop on all day and night and weekends and it is expected since many people have this schedule.
The busy season is BAD (real bad).
No opportunities to move to other departments. You get shifted from team to team without anyone asking - pretty much you just have to make the move.

    Advice to Management

Things need to change in terms of workload otherwise workers will be unhappy and leave. It is unsustainable long term.
