    very nice colleagues to work with

    Cons

    we have some annoying "yes" men in the company that has no idea on communicating with people. Basically, they are too preoccupied with wrestling power from other people and stabbing people behind their back to be competent on their own job.

    the schedule makers are not considerate that other people have personal lives outside of work.

    the motto is "whatever is necessary to get the job done in quarter of the time"

    quality of work suffers significantly because management did not calculate in the time necessary to brainstorm and analyze the project in details. Therefore, we have revolving problems that should have been dealt with in the early stages.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    management has their own agenda to get their big promotion at the expense of the personal lives of employees. Give back to productive employees by paying market rate and provide BIG bonuses to deserving overachievers. how are you going to attract talents when your reputation is damaged?
