    Very conservative company and regulated industry, so as far as advertising, tough to be innovative

    Pros

    - some fun people
    - benefits and online discounts from thousands of companies

    Cons

    - management extremely unorganized; it takes 20 people to talk to and get permission from before any small thing can be approved
    - my office was full of gossip
    - disrespect from many of the employees
